In late 2010 Lumiere Apartments won a International Property Award for Best Development UK amongst some of the toughest competition for many years.
Winning a second award at the same event really topped off a fantastic 2010 for Henley Homes in general and for Lumiere Apartments in particular.
In the summer of 2008, Lumiere Apartments was commended in the Mail on Sunday British Homes Awards for its imaginative engineering solution and striking design. The organisers commented on the fact that a landmark building, derelict and vandalised for years, was now being brought back to life and would offer outstanding urban living in a fabulous location.
In 2006, 417 Riverside was nominated for inclusion in the Evening Standard Homes and Property Awards. Against strong competition from other major developers, it achieved a Special Commendation in the category of Best New Large Development of 2006. The panel of assessors, made up of industry professionals and also of Evening Standard readers, noted its innovative use of new methods and materials.
In March 2007, 417 Riverside took silver in the Hot Property awards under the category of Best Investor Potential. Henley Homes had been able to offer early off- plan investors extremely competitive prices in a development which is literally across the river from the Olympic stadium. In 2002, All Saints Court received an award from Lewisham Borough Council showing that it had demonstrated excellence in design along with providing a contribution to the social and physical regeneration of the borough.
